We have program managers that are assigned to each customer, so you’ll have a dedicated Venchurs representative working with you every step of the way. If you have a program that requires your customers or dealers to call for disposition or routing on their parts, Venchurs can staff and manage a call center on your behalf. We can even facilitate the core processing and core credit transactions to make the process seamless for you and your customers.
Venchurs can manage the program on a consigned basis or even purchase the material and manage inventory levels on your behalf. In addition, our ERP system and EDI infrastructure allow us to connect you to your customer, giving you both full visibility into inventory levels, order status, and tracking information.
